Terms and Conditions
Types of Levels
"WeAreHikers" users 9 types of levels for each event we make. We always try to give it the level according to hikers between professionals and beginners. Our choices might be a little tough or a little easier than expectations but we take these choices to make sure that all can finish it happy.
Hiking Statistics on our Website
"WeAreHikers" always provides the hikers to be able to login to our website and enter their Dashboard. Inside their Dashboard they can see all the hikes they joined us in. Dates, places, calories burnt, kilometers hiked and duration spent. All this information can be shared on Social Applications as well.
Time for Arrival
In the morning we always give our 30 minutes to be waiting for all to arrive. We expect all to arrive 5 minutes earlier. On our return back, we usually arrive at time or earlier despite the fact that we might arrive a little bit later due to any issue happening on the road while we're back.
Stay away from animals
While hiking, all animals try to be unscene in the first place. In case we saw any, it would be nice to take pictures and in case we saw an injured small animal best thing to do is leave it alone as long as we cannot take care of it professionally.
We are a group
Remember that despite the fact that we are enjoying our day we shall always remember that we are a team. We have to stay as ONE group. whenever we see that we are a bit slow we should move faster and whoever's moving fast shall slow down a bit. Whenever we pass through places where we need to help each other, it would amazing to do so.
Insurance Coverage
"WeAreHikers" has no insurance coverage to hikers in nature. We go hiking in easy places where accidents do not happen as long as you're following our rules. Follow the guide always, never take left/right places suddenly because no one knows the trail more than the guide himself and don't take risks about yourself or others, like running suddenly or jumping in places where you might get injured.
In the end, we have First-Aid kit and we can protect you 100% in case small accidents happened while hiking.
Age we accept alone
18+ ages and up are the only hikers accepted alone. Whoever's below 18 years of age have to be with their guardian or their parents have to assure us that they do not mind sending their kids alone.
Last but not least...
"WeAreHikers" can accept confirmations to any event anytime needed before it's actual date by 2 days. Any cancellation before 2 days of the event; this will be considered as a "red dot" to that person and whenever they want to confirm in the future will be obliged to pay in advance. We have trust in all hikers with us until proven otherwise...
