(our lunch will be during hiking by taking a break for 20 mins)

The Faraya-Chabrouh Dam is a dam above the village of Faraya. The dam has a height of 63 metres. The reservoir has a capacity of some 8 million cubic meters and is some 1300 metres in length.

We will reach the dam while hiking and we will hike around it as we have an amazing view where we can take pictures and enjoy our break there.

our hiking information:

- Distance: 13 km
- Hiking level Medium/Easy
- Cumulative ascent: +50m
- Cumulative descent: -200m
- Altitude: max 1700m min 1500m
- time for hiking between 3:30 till 4:00 hours
- we will have approximately 5 - 7 short breaks around 3 mins each before we reach the end.

best stuff to bring with you for hiking are the following:

- Backpack
- Cap or Hat
- Sunglasses
- Sunscreen
- hiking stick if needed
- 2 liters of water
- thin jacket in case you felt cold after finishing the hike.
- Dried fruits or chocolate power bars for hiking or sandwiches from home.

This hike is considered Easy for professional hikers and Medium for beginners. All ages are accepted.
