This Sunday, we are heading to Rashaya district to do a lovely hike and reach Rashaya village at noon so we can participate their 2nd year of "Rawwiq bi Rashaya"

After we finish our hike, we will reach the spot where this event is taking its place so we can enjoy several activities they are sharing:
- Live fusion cooking by the Artisan Chef Hussein Hadid
- Honey Museum
- Mouneh for winter
- Yoga meditations for those who are interested
- Rural sketching
- Kids rural activities, mini farm and heritage discovery for kids with their parents

our hiking information:

- Distance: 11km - 12km
- Hiking level Medium/Medium (5/10)
- Cumulative ascent: +400m
- Cumulative descent: -150m
- Altitude: max 900m min 1300m
- time for hiking between 4:00 till 4:30 hours slow steps
- we will have approximately 12 short breaks around 3 mins each before we reach the end.

best stuff to bring with you for hiking are the following:

- Backpack
- ID Card or Passport
- Self Insurance Card (if you have one)
- Extra sweatshirt and a thin jacket
- Swimsuits and a towel if you want to swim
- Hiking shoes
- Hiking stick if needed
- 2 liter of water
- Dried fruits or chocolate power bars for hiking that keep you warm and give you power to hike.
